Q: Do you repair windows and/or doors? Do you replace broken glass?
A: No. We do not repair windows or doors that were not originally installed by Coughlin Windows & Doors. And, we do not replace broken glass in windows and doors that we did not originally install either.

A: Yes. We do provide estimates over the phone and/or by email. However, if installation is required, it is best to have one of our professional team members complete a site inspection and provide you with a free estimate.

A: Coughlin Windows and Doors guarantees the installation of your windows and doors for as long as you own your home and do not have deferred maintenance. Simonton’s warranty covers all parts, service, and glass-breakage for as long as you own your home. Simonton’s warranty is also transferable to the next homeowner. Ply Gem’s warranty covers all parts and service for as long as you own your home. Ply Gem’s warranty is also transferable to the next homeowner.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, personal check, cashier’s check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
Q: Can I combine and use multiple coupons and/or discounts?
A: For the most part, no. We do our best to inform you of our current promotions/discounts and give you our very best price the very first time.

A: Absolutely. However, we do require that you provide us with the exact net frame sizes of all your windows and doors. You will be responsible for all sizes of windows and/or doors that are ordered.
Q: Will damage be caused to the interior or exterior of my walls?
A: Replacement windows and doors typically do not cause any damage to the interior or exterior of your home’s walls.
Q: Can I change the size of my existing windows and doors?
A: Provided there is enough room and we comply with all current building codes, we can make your windows and doors just about any size you prefer.
Q: Can I change a door into a window and a window into a door?
A: Provided there is enough room and we comply with all current building codes, we can convert windows to doors and doors to windows.
Q: What happens if it rains the day of my installation?
A: If it rains the day of your scheduled installation, you will be contacted the night before and/or the morning of to schedule for the next available date. Keep in mind, if there is significant rain, we will need a day or two for the exterior walls to dry out.
